Tongue Cleaning:

Tongue Cleaning should be done first thing in the morning before brushing your teeth

Warm water:

Drinking warm water on an empty stomach offers many health benefits

  • Soothes sore throats

  • Sipping warm water all day, every 10-15 minutes, is the best technique to hydrate your body



Dry Brush & Oil:

We recommend doing dry brush before entering the shower

  • Usually takes 4- 5 minutes

Immediately after showering, and especially in the winter, you should put oil on your body
